Identity & course communication

01 / CONTEXT

The starting point.

Zima was an art and design academy in Tehran. Alongside founding and directing the academy, I led its creative identity and visual communication as its courses developed.

02 / APPROACH

From idea to image.

In the early years, I developed the visual identity and campaign materials directly. In later years, my role focused on art direction of the wider visual communication, alongside team and curriculum leadership.

The challenge was to maintain a consistent identity while communicating a changing range of courses, from foundational subjects to newer formats such as motion design.
